How to order online
You can order from our online Vetshop any time of the day or night.
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a pro-forma invoice via email at the email address you used when creating your online order. This pro-forma invoice will reflect the products ordered as well as the amount payable for your order.
You will receive an email within 24 hours (weekdays) confirming stock availability for your order. An invoice will be attached to the email requesting payment for your order and that a confirmation of payment be sent through to our accounts department on email@example.com. Payment is required within 48 hours to avoid the ordered stock items being placed back on the Vetshop shelf.
Once payment has been received and confirmed, your order will be available for collection at Rynfield Veterinary Hospital during normal business hours.
We will be launching a delivery service early in 2014. If you wish to have your suburb included on the list of suburbs for delivery of orders, then please advise us accordingly via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. See our collection times below.

Need Help Finding A Product
Please note that our onsite Vetshop at Rynfield Veterinary Hospital carries a full range of Vetshop products from cat and dog food, to animal treats, accessories and medication. Not all of these products are listed in our online Vetshop. If you are looking for a product that is not listed in our online Vetshop, then please contact us to hear if we have the product as a standard product in a walk-in Vetshop or whether the product can be ordered should we not carry the requested product as a standard stock item.
